Dr. Tiffany Johnson

Dr. Tiffany Johnson is the immediate past president of the Chicago Association of Black Social Workers, one of over 77 chapters of the National Association of Black Social Workers. She has been a member of CABSW for over 10 years. Dr. Tiffany Johnson completed her BA in Sociology from the University of Chicago and her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from National-Louis University. She continued to obtain a post graduate certificate in Human Services Counseling from National Louis University as well and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Her desire to advance her studies led her to the Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology program at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology where her dissertation research examined the experiences of successful former foster youth.
For the past 13 years, Dr. Johnson has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Lakeside Community Committee, a non-profit human services organization that is on a mission to enhance the quality of life for children and families by inspiring hope, empowerment, and growth within all who are served. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Dr. Johnson is also the Founder of HOPE and Healing Wellness Services, LLC where she provides therapeutic services to children and families. She is a proud Golden Life Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and is also a member of the Black Administrators in Child Welfare of Illinois.
