NABSW mourns the loss and celebrates the life of Sis. Gladys E. Sapp Dunston
It is with a very heavy heart that I share with you the transition of our beloved Sister Gladys E Sapp Dunston, the loving soulmate and life partner of our esteemed President, Leonard Dunston. I am sharing a note from the family below. You are receiving this because you are a NABSW committee chair or Exec Committee Member. Please contact your committee and your chapter members and help me share this with the general NABSW family at large.
Our Sister Gladys' spirit is much larger than life and she will forever be remembered for her work on behalf of and her love for all African people. She leaves a giant footprint in the lives of all who were blessed to have been touched by her. In all that she did, she was awesome, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and drum major for justice. Sister Gladys leaves a legacy for all in the African family to strive for. Her soul looks back in wonder...
