The Personnel Committee has been reestablished under the leadership of newly appointed co-chairs. The primary role of the committee will be to serve as a support to the National Office Consultant. Within that role will be to address personnel practices governing NABSW office staff, and preparing staff job descriptions and salary ranges for submission to the National Steering Committee for approval.

Additional responsibilities will entail developing an Operations Manual for the National Office, establishing and maintaining sound personnel policies and practices for all employees, that includes career development training, and developing a grievance procedure for office staff, and contractors.
