In celebration of NABSW’s 50 years as an organization, NABSW’s
International Conference will be embark on its first international
cruise to the Caribbean and Mexico. There is a 1-day pre-cruise
rolling workshop in Miami and followed by eight days of cruising,
rolling workshops in three ports of call. If you have never
participated in an International Education Conference, this is your
year! If you have traveled with us before, this one is certain to meet
or exceed your expectations.
You MUST reserve your space EARLY because the cruise ship
needs a list of travelers EARLY!!!!
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ESTIMATED COST.
The cruise line reserves the right to increase costs of the cruise.

Payments 1 and 2 MUST be made with either a personal check or
cashier’s check. These are the ONLY two options available for payments

For your convenience, you will have the option of making online
payments for the remaining five payments, #3 – #7. Payments must be
received in one of three (3) ways:
1. Personal check or cashier’s check.
2. Credit card (authorization form is attached to this announcement).
Conferee is responsible for purchasing monthly installments on NABSW’s
website. More information to follow.
3. Electronic check – Conferee is responsible for making online
payments. More information to follow.
IMPORTANT: A $75.00 late fee will be assessed
for all late payments after March 10, 2018.
If you are not a member of NABSW there is an additional fee of $100.00
and the $100.00 fee will be due with your final payment.

CHECKLIST - -Please make sure that you have
done/will do the following:
1. I have made my 1st (and 2nd) payment to NABSW by personal check or cashier’s check and mailed it to
NABSW.
2. I have sent the first page of
my passport (the page with my photo) to NABSW.
3. If I have signed up as double
occupancy, I have designated a roommate.
4. If I have signed up as double
occupancy AND I am bringing a minor child:
a. I have included the number of minor children I
will bring.
b. I have included the name of the minor
child(ren)
c. I will pay ½ of the cost for the number of
minor children no later than January 10, 2018 d. I will pay ½ of the
cost for the number of minor children no later than April 10, 2018
5. If I am not a member, I will
include an additional $100.00 with my final payment.
