Single Occupancy: $2,800.00

 

Main Conference PLUS Extension (Dominican Republic and Haiti)

 

Double Occupancy: $2,900.00

Single Occupancy: $3,300.00

NABSW Non-Member fee:  $100.00 (not a member of NABSW and do not belong to a local ABSW chapter)
 

NOTE: A $75.00 late fee will be applied on any balance remaining after April 10, 2015.

 If you are not a member of NABSW, there is an additional fee of $100 due at the time of your final payment.

 

Note: Prices quoted include Roundtrip transportation from Miami, FL to the Dominican Republic and Haiti.  Travelers are responsible for their own travel from their home city to/from Miami FL.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

Step One: Click "Register" above to submit your registration form and Initial Deposit (Payment #1).  
You must select an option below based on your Conference Package at time of registration.  Automatic payments will be deducted on the first of each month. NOTE: The first payment MUST be paid by Electronic Check (E-Check) on the website. Credit Card Payments for your first payment will NOT be processed. 


For manual payments:
Conferees wishing to submit a paper check or money order for the initial deposit and subsequent payments should submit a check or money order to the National Office at the following address:

All Manual Payments are due on the 10th of each payment month!


A late fee will be applied on any balance remaining after April 10, 2015.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

A Passport IS required for travel to the Dominican Republic or to Haiti.  A visa is NOT required


CANCELLATION PENALTY DATES

For any cancellation 70 days (June 1, 2015) prior to departure, penalty will be assessed as follows:
69-45 days ........... 30% of the tour cost
44-30 days ........... 55% of the tour cost
29 days or less ........... 100% of the tour cost

Special Request: Any person traveling who requires special care or who has special needs related to booking, air transportation, and hotel accomodations must advise Africa Dreamer Tours as soon as possible of any and all such needs.
